Our art prints and items that are currently available in stock usually ship within 3-5 business days.

For commissioned pieces, please expect 10-15 days for watercolors and 20-25 days for acrylic paintings. Oil paintings typically take around 10 days, but this can extend up to 6 months based on their size Tanjavur paintings have similar shipping timelines as oil paintings.

Keep in mind that these are approximate timelines; actual delivery times may vary depending on the size and specifics of the painting, which will be discussed during your consultation.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that no returns or exchanges are accepted for original artwork.

Cancellations for art prints are accepted within the first 24 hours after placing your order.
For art pieces, a consultation fee of Rs.500 is charged which is non-refundable.
Once your commissioned work is confirmed, we require 60% of the payment
before starting your piece, and we will share progress pictures along the way.
The remaining payment must be confirmed before we ship your products.
